Pristine.co.uk offers free shipping on all mainland UK orders.

Shipping to Europe is a flat fee of £3.50 per order.

Shipping to the USA is a flat fee of £5.50 per order.

Returns Policy
 

At Pristine.co.uk we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If however, you are not completely happy with an item, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging. Please include your details (including email address & phone number) & order number. Please also ensure goods are sent to us using recorded delivery & received by us no later than 21 days after they were despatched.
